Your destination is chosen and you are ready to move. Here are some quick tips that will help make the relocation process as easy as possible.
When packing boxes, ensure that they are easily moveable. Packed boxes should be no more than fifty pounds if hiring a moving company. Moving boxes should be easily moved moving company or not. Scratches are a risk when moving. Cover all furniture faces with protective material. These packing blankets are often included in the cost of the moving van.
When dissembling furniture keep all hardware in a plastic bag, and taped securely to the item. This will decrease the amount of time searching for those nuts and bolts upon arrival.
